What Peaks My Interest Into Nano Aquarium Planting

I have always wanted to brighten up my study room with  something that is close to nature, natural and relaxing to the eyes.  There were not much space in my room so any big item for decoration is out of the question.

I spend most of the  remaining time of the day, particularly in the evening after office hours doing the same thing. notably on the computer, I wanted a hobby that will not take too much of my time since I reached home after seven pm daily (basically I have at most half an hour a day to spare daily ).

At the same time I wanted to pursue an interest of spare time activity  that is challenging and which allows me to free myself from it without too much impact even if I am not around to attend to for couple of days (due to overseas job assignment, holiday travelling and etc. )

Last but not least, I was also thinking of the opportunity of being able to turn the hobby I pursue into long term money making opportunity; either through promoting products or information relevant to it.

One fine day (about a year ago) I casually flipped through a magazine on aquarium care in the public library near my home. A particular piece of the monthly article on small fish tank care guide caught my attention. The writer shared his experience in aquascaping with Fluval Spec III nano aquarium.

I was quite fascinated with aquascaping for small aquarium given the fact that it does not take up a lot of work area or space, quite well within my budget and there were plenty of things and tips to learn from the various aquascaping forums.

Thus I decided to pick up this hobby in late 2014 (around December ) and I am glad I did because I truly enjoy learning much about this field and appreciate the efforts, knowledge and art of aquascaping and all things that comes along with it.
